Sustainable Design…Villa MAR was designed to reduce negative impacts on the environment and the community of Nikiti thereby improving building performance. Our goal for building Villa MAR with sustainability in mind was to reduce consumption of non-renewable resources, minimize waste to create a healthy, productive environment for our unique guests. 

Surpassing Expectations…We offer two custom king size bedrooms, a full kitchen with integrated prestigious built-in appliances, fixture windows, two master baths, a full private outdoor space with grassy area to lounge which wraps around the entire villa, and a sparkling greek style swimming pool. Each bedroom is styled and designed with elegance in mind to bring serenity during your stay. The entire Villa MAR is equipped with SmartTV’s throughout the villa, surround sound WiFi audio systems through Sonos technology. The entire villa is kept cool during the summer with built in air condition units throughout the house.
